We try to stock all of the most popular styles and sizes. If an item is not in stock, we will order it directly from the manufacturer. Estimated delivery time for delivery in Canada is 10-12 business days.

In the event that a style or size sells out before we can reflect it on our website, we will notify you via email of the change in shipping times. You will be given the following options: accepting the increased shipping time, substituting your ordered style (with another of the same price) or receiving a complete refund.

Unfortunately, we do not carry half-sizes. A good rule of thumb however, is to order up a half-size for enclosed shoes and boots, and down a half-size for sandals and strappy-type shoes.

We offer returns for store credit or exchanges only within 15 days of receipt of purchase by prior approval, less shipping charges. Items must be in the original packaging and have not been worn or used. If merchandise is returned without prior approval, no store credit or exchange will be granted. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No, it doesn't...most of our styles come in sizes ranging from 5-17! If a size is not listed, it just may be temporarily sold out. If you are looking for a specific size that you do not see, please contact us and we can tell you when & if we can get it for you.

Generally, order up two full sizes when ordering shoes in women's sizes. For instance, if you normally take a men's 11, order a women's 13 - if you normally take a men's 12, order a women's 14. You get the idea!
